Many have asked about Melanie's "piano keyboard" on her phone. Melanie uses the app: Piano for iPhone by ZongMing Yang.
STEP ONE: You can locate it by clicking on the App Store on your smart phone. The App Store icon is pictured below .... it's the big blue square with the white "A" in it.
STEP TWO: Once you are in the App Store on your phone, search for "Piano." The app Melanie uses, Piano for iPhone by ZongMing Yangt, may come up as the second option. Please let us know if you successfully get this piano keyboard working on your phone ... we think you'll love it!

ALL of our Ukulele "COLLABORATION CLUB" Patrons are welcome! Please see details below to prepare ....
Preparation Details:
For this workshop we will collaborate together to place the chords where they should be for Taunya's November performance song, "Toyland." (This is a short song.) Come join the fun! We will all learn a lot! Please prepare by:
1.) Listening to this YouTube of the song. Click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WOCLckCgak
(The the song is on the soundtrack from the Disney Movie "Babes In Toyland.")
2.) Opening the pdf below. The pdf is a combination of three documents. The sheet music (with guitar chords) is in the key of F. However, Taunya knows the key of C is better for her ... so the second page is where Taunya wrote out the musical notes for this song in the key of C. We need to put the ukulele chords over the correct words. The third page is the arrangement where we will add the chords.
3. The next PDF is in the key of D. It might be the better key for Taunya.

For Oct 1 3:15pm class: Mama Don't "Llow". According to Pam, "There are so many good versions that it's hard to choose, but I like this one because it matches our music with the echo (oh, no she don't), and the lead is playing a ukulele!! And there's a verse about an ukulele. This is a pretty good swing band from the UK that I am familiar with, and he is a ukulele aficionado."
Click the following link to see the hilarious:
Jive Aces Skiffle Combo The music starts at 0:27. They are playing it in the same key as the PDF below.
This song really lends itself to embellishments. Pam says she will show us some easy chord variations, slides and strums to zhuzh it up!
