Beginners: Day 271 on Monday, December 28th

We hope your holiday was warm and heartfelt!

I look forward to playing with you today!

If you have been participating since the beginning of the Fall Semester, please take the time now to asses where you are at with the 14 Fall Songs, see below, this way we can move on. Yipee!

For the next couple of days, we will keep "Alud Lang Syne" in our mix so you can play it for your family on New Year's Eve! Let's also keep "Happy Birthday" fresh!

Beginner Class: 2:15pm - 3:05pm PST:

Let's do a quick review of "Happy Birthday" today to keep that fresh and review "Wagon Wheel." Also, please see below yesterday's NEW pdf for "Edelweiss." Thank you again to John for bringing this to us from the wonderful workshop by the AMAZING Sarah and Craig! Hopefully their wonderful video will start at 50:49 for the explanation of the pluck that we will do today!

We've had fabulous recital performances by Kathy, John, Julie, Alicia, Gene, Chris, Wendy, Lisa, Neva, The Susan & Richard Team, Linda M & Karlee! They were SUPER entertaining and inspiring! It was obvious they rehearsed a lot! Wow! Those who participated in the Summer Semester are playing a song, or a portion of a song, without looking at the paper ... with the intention of "delivering the message" of the song. We are all so excited to see more performances today and in the coming days!

Last Monday, December 21st at 2:02amPacific Time was Winter Solstice! That means we have started our new semester of songs!
